It comfortable for my family. We appreciated the clean kitchen and living area, but the noise from the hallway was a bit distracting at times.

The final verdict on this
A mix of good and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were spacious and equipped with kitchens, easy to prepare meals. Parking was ample but a bit far from downtown. Breakfast could improve in quality, but the staff was friendly and always helpful .

The Assistant General Manager, Brandon Fultz, made our stay! Extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay in the one-bedroom suite, which was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen. It made cooking easy for our family. The pool area was a nice spot to relax, though it's worth noting that it was closed during our visit, which disappointed the kids. While the breakfast options were limited, we appreciated the overall cozy atmosphere and the hotel's proximity to nearby parks for outdoor activities.

We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite, which was an unexpected luxury. The kitchen was great, and definitely more than a kitchenette. The bathroom was great and the beds incredibly comfy. at breakfast we were spoiled for choice.
the fact that we didn't have enough time to enjoy the room enough, we had to leave for the airport early on the morning.

Nothing
First, I booked a queen suite that I was told had 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. I get to the room with my family of 5, close to midnight, and we arrive in a room with 1 king bed and a sleeper sofa. I call to the desk to complain and I am told that my booking website, Booked.net, "upgraded" me. I tell them that I don't consider going from 3 beds to 2, an upgrade. They tell me to take it up with my booking website and there is nothing they can do as they are sold out. Then, after having a difficult night sleeping in an uncomfortable bed, we go down to have breakfast. The eggs looked like they were cooked in a brownie pan and served in chunks, worst tasting eggs ever. The potatoes weren't home fries, they were tater tots. The juices offered weren't chilled, they were room temperature. This was without a doubt the worst stay that I have ever encountered the a Hilton brand hotel, which are the ONLY hotels that I ever stay at. In fact I will drive out of my way to get the usual hospitality of a Hilton brand hotel, but I will never stay at this Homewood Suites ever again. The service was appalling, especially from a hotel that is so close to Princeton University.

I had a wonderful date night here! Our previous experiences in princeton didn't compare to how homewood suites exceeded my expectations. The spacious one-bedroom king suite was perfect for us, and the breakfast spread was good with freshly baked pastries and hot options.
pool was closed for maintenance

Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was given a smoking room. Furthermore, I was told the only available non-smoking rooms would have required a paid upgrade.

Laura at the front desk was so helpful, friendly, and spectacular.
The hotel is somewhat far from the city, but has a free shuttle.

Really enjoyed my stay! The two free meals a day were super convenient, and the indoor pool was nice. Just wish the bedding had a bit more comfort to it, but overall, a great spot to relax 😊

Neat and spotless rooms with a kitchenette, the bedroom and coffee, lovely friendly staff. Location - ideal and nice, close enough to a beautiful walking trail, the train station or Walmart and Carnegie lake. Also, close to the event we were attending in Princeton.
